Score. Ever.
The D-100 is explicit about what it excludes. Not out of arrogance — out of necessity. Every item on this list has been used to mislead investors. None of it belongs in a rigorous analytical framework.

Price and market cap. A $500B asset with zero institutional adoption scores lower than a $2B asset with a live central bank partnership. The crowd's consensus is not evidence.
